David Ugelow is an experienced legal executive with a strong background advising businesses and entrepreneurs across all stages of growth.
Having worked as in-house General Counsel for over 10 years, David has developed deep expertise in corporate operations, complex commercial deals, labor and employment issues, private financing, M&A transactions, and IPO readiness.
Throughout his career, David has worked with both established companies and startups, helping them navigate complex legal issues and develop sustainable, scalable practices.
In addition to his legal practice, David teaches courses on startup law and has lectured at law schools across the country. He also advises and serves on the board for a number of organizations.
David earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School with a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law and his B.A. from Binghamton University, SUNY in Politics, Philosophy, and Law (PPL). He is admitted to practice in Arizona and New York and currently resides in Tucson, Arizona with his wife and two sons.
